Returns & Refunds

At Expresshop we're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Cancel or Change an Order

If you want to cancel or change an order that you haven’t received yet, simply call our Customer Support Team on +44 (0) 20 7580 3644 to let them know. Please have your order number to hand before calling. Once you’ve spoken to us we will do the rest.

Changed my Mind

If you wish to return an item for a refund that has no fault or you simple had a change of mind, within 7 days, you are liable for the charges occured on sending the item back to us. These charges will not be refunded or credited in any way. There will also be a 25% re-stocking fee for goods that have been opened, not returned in the original condition/packaging.

Return Faulty Goods within 28 Days

If your product is faulty when you receive it or develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will replace the product or provide a similar replacement. Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, exposure to sand and water, or failure to follow the manufacturer's operating instructions are not covered.

For UK mainland orders, we will meet the delivery costs for the return and replacement of a faulty product. Outside UK mainland you will be liable for all delivery charges covering the return and replacement of the faulty product. Please follow our Returns Procedure below.

Once the faulty product has been sent back to us, our service agents or the manufacturer will verify the fault. This can take a few days. Once the fault is confirmed you will have a choice of a replacement.

If you require a refund then the product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging with all the accessories and instruction manuals. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, is damaged or has any accessories missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge for the missing accessories. There will also be a 25% re-stocking fee for goods that have been opened.

Returns Procedure

In order to *return a product back to us, simply contact our Customer Services Team by email ( with your order number, date of purchase and how you wish to return the product. We will then email you back with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and further instructions.
